    Why the Gut-Fix?


    Today, I am 7 years free of IBS. I was constipated for over two decades and was continuously told that nothing could be done, and for years I believed it. That was, until I returned to school and learned the true power of correct nutrition. Although I promote science-based recommendations, I add in a sprinkle of my super power, which is creating menu plans that don't result in excessive gas or bloating! Something that has taken many years of experience and frustration to get just right. The aim over the 3 days, is to give you a snippet of what is possible when you start to feed the gut what it needs to thrive, and that's... exactly what I share with you.

    Who is the challenge suitable for? 

    The GUT FIX is for anyone who loves a quick fix and is interested in the gut health benefits of a healthy whole food plant-based diet. Why vegan? This dietary approach has so much to offer in terms of improving gut health. The fact that the dietary recomendations are low FOD map 'focused' means that this plan can ease you into eating more fibre without triggering IBS like symptoms.

    Will ingredients be difficult to find?

    All simple delicious nourishing ingredients can be found in most local supermarkets or health food shops. (Shopping list provided).

    Is the course suitable if I have coeliac disease or are gluten intolerant?

    100% Yes! all of my recipes on this course are gluten-free. Breakfast does, however, include oats, so if you are coeliac, please only use gluten-free oats.

    What if you have a diagnosed gut health issues?
    The challenge is suitable for anyone with a diagnosis of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It may also be suitable for individuals with other diagnosis of intestinal disease such as diverticulosis, colitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO) or lactose intolerance. If you have any long term digestive disorder, please make your health care professional aware before you make any changes.
