Enjoy a yoga class suitable for all levels with an experienced and qualified teacher who specializes in alignment.
Our classes will introduce yoga to employees in a fun and enjoyable way. With a deep emphasis on alignment to encourage a practice without risk of injury. Suitable for all abilities; whether beginner or seasoned, these classes break down fundamental breathing and movement techniques that allow participants to progress at their own pace in a safe environment.
Nutrition & 1:1
Ensure your team are boosting their brain power, moods and overall vitality through good nutrition. We offer an array of workshops from 'nutrition for better
sleep' to 'beat those cravings' plus, our most popular 'foods4moods' workshop which introduced you to the gut microbiome. Each of our workshops are tailored to your employees needs. Want to cater for individuals? We offer 1:1 nutrition clinic days offering your employees nutritional consultations with a fully qualified nutritionist.
Meditation Classes
Introducing basic breathing exercises to increase relaxation while decreasing stress levels.Not your average meditation class. This guided class focuses on different meditation techniques that will aid in the introduction of a calm and mindful mindset to a busy work life. All meditations are coupled with calming music to ease relaxation and release of tension.
Heart Health MOT days
Heart health clinics are a great way to help your employees stay on top of their health. Book a full day heart health clinic with a fully certified nurse to keep your staff up to date with their cholesterol, blood pressure and overall health.

Simone hosted a gut health workshop at Tesco HQ for our wellness day, from this I have reconsidered what I eat and when.
