I was first introduced to yoga in my teens via a 'Jane Fonda' stylee VHS my neighbour gave to me.
I remember falling asleep in every savasana and feeling completely blown away from the strength of it's practice. This was my first introduction to the connection between the power of breath and movement. My background is in performance, so movement of the body comes very naturally to me. Today I work combining my two passions, yoga & nutrition.

I find nothing more rewarding then helping people along their holistic journey to optimal health & lifestyle. Completing my 200 hour's teachers training in Rishikesh, India, my style is Ha-tha based around alignment. Just like how the body can always benefit from healthy changes to the diet, I feel the same way about yoga. To me yoga really is for everyone & throughout my practice I encouraging a healthy mind inside a healthy body.
